Who We Are

Nodpod has agreed to be this year’s client for the Johns Hopkins University’s Advertising and Integrated Marketing Communications class. The undergraduates in this class will form a full-service marketing agency during the Spring 2026 semester to increase awareness of Nodpod’s weighted sleep mask and explore the viability of the collegiate market.

The student-run agency, Next Hop Marketing, is responsible for research, development, implementation, and analysis of the results of this integrated marketing campaign. Nodpod aims to increase awareness of the brand and its weighted sleep mask among college students at Johns Hopkins University. Next Hop Marketing will allocate a $2,000 budget to meet these goals.

Initial survey and in-depth interview research will be conducted in order to gain insights into the target market and to create an integrated marketing campaign for Nodpod. Next Hop Marketing will then implement this integrated marketing campaign on the Johns Hopkins campus and analyze its impact.

Eunice Leung, a Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering sophomore and Co-CEO of the in-class agency, shared her thoughts about working with Nodpod: "We are so excited for this opportunity to apply marketing skills and textbook concepts to this client project, and gain hands-on experience developing and implementing this campaign.”
